SF-40 Self-lubricating Bearings

Self-lubricating Bearings Rolling EPB series of high-performance engineering plastic polymer bearings as the base material, through modification of polymer materials technology into high-strength fibers and specialty solid improvement in its internal grease integrated wear resistance; high strength fiber reinforced network structure strength of the material, the composite solid special grease makes EPB series polymer bearings with excellent self-lubricating properties and wear resistance.

Wear

SF-40 has excellent abrasion resistance, which is mainly due to the special molecular structure of PTFE. SF-40 wear can be divided into three stages, corresponding to the coefficient of friction are also three cases, see illustration: 1) "running-in" stage: PTFE surface layer of the mixture was transferred to the surface to fill the dual dual surface pits and form a lubricating film, this time, the larger coefficient of friction, wear rate of the material faster. 3) Effect of dual member
